Yet another RTC at well-known accident black spot

Police have been called to an accident hotspot after yet another smash at a well-known danger junction.

Two cars have collided at the junction of Portland Street and Cemetery Road just after 6pm.

It’s thought one car had travelled through the traffic light controlled crossing at the wrong time causing the near head-on collision.

Both police and paramedics were alerted to the incident and traffic is being advised to avoid the area while the debris is cleared.
