Wright left red faced by his own poll

Lib Dem Candidate, John Wright, has been left red faced today after his own poll ousted Southport as a Leave voting constituency.

In an article on OTS News last week, Mr Wright pointed to a poll, conducted by Electoral Calculus, which suggested the Lib Dems would win in a general election. The poll is created by making large generalisations across the United Kingdom.

Unfortunately for Wright, the polls now suggest Southport residents voted to leave the European Union back in 2016 by a 4% margin, despite his repeated attempts to say the constituents voted to Remain.

This is just the latest embarrassment from Mr Wright, who continues to get everything so Wrong.
