Woodvale Centre launch confidence classes

29th January 2019

The Woodvale and Ainsdale Community Association are running a free six- week course for residents to help them learn vital skills and help them to improve their confidence.

It will run on Thursday afternoons, from January 17 to February 21.

Sofia Khan from the group, who meet at Woodvale Community Centre on Meadow Lane in Woodvale, said: “Are you stuck in a rut? Do you have time on your hands?

“We are running a six-week course funded by The P.H. Holt Foundation to help give local people aged 18+ a boost. It recognises that people learn from one another and gives people the opportunity to talk about their experiences.
