Woman sexually assaulted on train – Liverpool

BTP officers are today releasing CCTV images after a woman was sexually assaulted on board a train in Liverpool.

The incident happened at 6pm on Saturday 16 February.

Two men are reported to have approached a woman while she was sat down on board a train at Liverpool Central station.

One of the men put the victim in a headlock and kissed her head. A second man then began kissing her face.

They then continued to make inappropriate comments to the woman until she left the service at Cressington station.

Officers believe the men in the images may have information that could help their investigation.
