Join us for Cinderella, the most magical pantomime of them all, at Southport Theatre this Christmas. Always a favourite with families and groups alike, this rags-to-riches (and back to rags!) tale is the perfect fairytale treat for the festive season.
After last year’s smash hit Snow White, we can’t wait for another superb family pantomime. The show will be packed full of all the ingredients you expect – spectacular scenery, breathtaking costumes, stunning special effects, fabulous song and dance routines and hilarious slapstick comedy.
Playing the all-important character of Buttons is former Brookside star Sam Kane, a panto regular who also takes on directing duties and will make sure that all the traditional panto elements are included.
Returning by popular demand after a fantastic reception in 2016 are Jason Marc-Williams and Alistair Barron as the Ugly Sisters, the most gruesome twosome in pantoland, who are sure to raise lots of boos along with the laughs.
Joining them are Toni Howard as Cinderella, Justine E Bailey as the Fairy Godmother / Wicked Stepmother, Tom Milner as Prince Charming and, keeping it in the family, Jack Kane as Dandini. For Jack, having Sam Kane and Linda Lusardi as parents means that panto is in his blood. “I’ve been very lucky as both my mum and my dad have done panto since I was born so I have seen almost every panto story going.”
Southport Theatre’s stunning production of Cinderella runs from Friday 15 December 2017 until Saturday 6 January 2018. With group discounts offering at £14 per ticket for groups 10+, plus one free ticket with every 20 booked, the clock is ticking, so don’t be late!
