The Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal 2019

Weldons Jewellers on Lord Street are having their Poppy stall on Lord Street from 2nd November at 10am.

Debs and all of the staff Weldons Jewellery & Antiques told OTS News,

“We have joining usThe Southport Banjolele Band will be playing under the verandah at 1.30- 2.30pm for an afternoon of music.

We have decorated the verandahs ready to host our seconds annual Poppy Stall to support The Royal British Legion.

We thank everyone who stopped by last year and helped us raise an amazing £2,003!

We have been busy handmaking poppies and this year we have crochet, felt, polymer clay & silk leaves, clay brooches & the plastic bottle garden poppies.

100% of the money goes to the Royal British Legion, we pay for all of the materials ourselves, this is part of our contribution to the Poppy Appeal
