WATCH: Double standards – Will they be fined?
A resort resident that wished to remain anonymous said: “I was in the Clifton Hotel on West Street yesterday (Tuesday car park) which is managed by parking eye.
I noticed movement going and suspected something unsavory was taking place in this little hideaway. After around 10 minutes – out came two traffic/litter wardens ‘smoking’ …. the woman enforcement officer had thrown her cigarette onto to floor and the man tossed his into the air!”
The two enforcement officers then walked back towards town – seeing this really made me feel angry about the system”
OTS News has approached Sefton Council for a comment.
