POLICE are aware of a number of incidents of theft from cars/vans in the Birkdale Village area, although not all have been reported to us. We will of course be giving the area attention in response to these emerging issues.
Please help reduce the risk to your own vehicle and property by ensuring that you leave nothing on view in your car when you park up and double checking that you have locked and alarmed your car. Where possible, try to park in a well-lit area with CCTV.
