Warehouse Restaurant up for Sale
Paul said: “It was a tough decision to make to sell and I have many happy memories of my years at The Warehouse. In business you have to make decisions and sometimes tough decisions. I feel very strongly that the person/people who take over from me will share the same passion as I do.”
The business is being sold to allow Paul to focus on the new Vincent Café and Cocktail Bar in Exchange Flags.
This new venue will open at the end of May – and bookings are already being taken.
The 190 cover, 6,000 sq ft restaurant will serve a mixture of British and international dishes, including Gringo Sushi – a meat alternative to fish – a concept which Paul brought to the UK.
The Warehouse Restaurant closed its doors for the final time on April 6, 2015
The Warehouse was opened 20 years ago by Southport businessman Paul Adams, who also owns boutique hotel The Vincent, but it will close its doors in April.
Otsnews has photographed lots celebrities before and after dinning at the restaurant.
