Do you know this man? 41-year-old Phillip Byrne from Anfield is wanted on a prison recall after breaching the conditions of his licence, and breaching conditions under the Sex Offenders Register.
Byrne is described as 5ft 6in tall, of slim build, with dark brown hair and blue eyes. He is also known to use the names Sebastian Gerrard, Phillip Clarke and Steven Gerrard.
