The emergency services were called Lord Street this morning following a 999 call, Monday 13 July 2015.
A VW Golf skidded off the road in wet conditions at around 10.30am.
Traffic police arrived at the scene within minutes, fortunately there was no injuries reported.
A witness said:
“The driver was not speeding and that the car lost control when entering Lord Street”.
