A biker has been fined and police were called after overzealous litter wardens caught him accidentally dropping his pack of cigarettes.
Wayne Taylor had dropped his pack of ciggies and as he bent down to pick them up a litter enforcement officer started to ticket him.
An angry Wayne videod the encounter and urges others to be alert for the wardens. The encounter was then uploaded to Facebook in a bid to shame the officer.
Wayne said “This guy came over to me today in the Ramada car park and read me my rights for accidentally dropping a FULL packet of cigarettes and proceeded to book me for littering”
