22 years ago this Sunday, we enjoyed one of the great occasions in our history with an appearance at Wembley Stadium in the FA Trophy final.
To mark the anniversary, we’ll be bringing you back-to-back live streams, with full 90-minute coverage of the semi-final at home to Slough Town on Saturday, before the final itself against Cheltenham Town as it happened on 17 May.
• Southport v Slough Town (Semi-Final, Second Leg) Saturday, 3pm
• Southport v Cheltenham Town (Final) Sunday, 3pm
Both games will again be shown on our YouTube channel with a link available here and coverage on Twitter.
Despite the result at Wembley, it was still a day to savour for the 10,000 Port fans who made the trip to see our one and only visit to the old Twin Towers. Our coverage of the final will include behind-the-scenes footage and the full Sky Sports build-up, coverage and reaction.

We also want you to play your part in our coverage of the final by sending in any photos of yourself from that special day at Wembley for us to share online. E-mail media@southportfc.net or tweet @southport_fc.
Anyone who donates over £20 can also get a special edition ‘Boys of 98’ t-shirt.
We have been delighted with how popular of our recent live steams have been, showing a past game on a fortnightly basis since the current season stopped. Please note that this weekend’s matches will be the last in the current series of streams. We wanted to finish in style, so please tune in and donate.
The quality and presentation of Sky’s coverage of the final is fantastic to watch and really captures a great occasion. The semi-final has been converted from an old VHS filmed by the club, so please bear this in mind when watching the first game.
