VIDEO: Five youths set fire to a bin using a flare on Chapel Street, Southport
Youths were spotted cycling with the lit flare down the street before spending a few minutes trying to set the litter alight.
Stupidly they waited around for the fire brigade to turn up which gave the police enough time to arrest them.
