Detectives have charged three men with the murder of Stephen Maguire in Birkdale on 16 March, 2020. Karl Corson, 27 years, of Columbine Close, Melling; Jack Higgins, 21 of Waresley Crescent, Fazakerley, and Ryan Smith, 21 years, of Colquitt Street, Liverpool city centre, were all charged with murder, two counts of kidnap, possession of a firearm, possession of ammunition and robbery.
