UPDATE | Further arrests after Sefton Street burglary

Following the arrest of two men aged 45 and 47 on suspicion of burglary at an address on Sefton Street, Southport on Tuesday 21st August, another man aged 51 and a woman aged 39 have also been arrested on suspicion of burglary and handling stolen goods in relation to the same incident. They have also been arrested on suspicion of possession of intent to supply class ‘A’ and class ‘B’ drugs.

One of the men remains in custody for interview, while the remaining three have been released under investigation, while enquiries are completed.
