A top martial arts academy in Southport has been named as the NEST Awards Academy of the Year – for the third time!
Master Dan Thomas from Unite Southport on Tulketh Street was awarded the accolade by the NEST Awards 2019 after a visit from inde- pendent examiner Moira Spencer in April.
The academy previously won the award in 2016 and 2017.
NEST are a national company who enable martial arts business owners to carve out a successful career through their ‘all inclusive system’.
Master Dan Thomas, founder and chief instructor at Unite said: “I have been coaching for 18 years and dur- ing his time, I have coached thousands of children struggling with low confidence, poor self-esteem and many being bullied.
