Eagle eyed parking wardens are scouring the town centre this morning still finding illegally parked cars despite a mass shutdown of the town centre

One furious motorists was allegedly asked to move on after parking on a loading bay in Nevill Street to get viral provisions for their neighbour

They said “there is absolutely No mercy.

“There are traffic wardens chasing people trying to get essentials for elderly neighbour.

“Shame on them”
