Top Southport kebab house repossessed by landlord

A highly rated takeaway in Southport Town Centre has been repossessed by the building’s landlord.

The lease on Harun’s Charcoal Grill, one of Southport’s busiest and most frequented end of the night kebab houses, has been forfeited meaning the landlord has repossessed the premises and items inside.

OTS understands the shop was taken back via bailiffs and a solicitor’s firm on September 22nd after the shop owners defaulted on payments of the lease.

The building’s landlord is now offering up the shop unit for a new leasehold opportunity and anyone interested in taking over the shop should call 0771 3258620.
