Toddler airlifted to hospital after falling ill at farm

A toddler had to be airlifted to Alder Hey have falling severely unwell at Farmer Teds in Formby

The youngster became unwell earlier this afternoon and her parents, along with trained first aiders attempted to bring her round.

However it was deemed that because of the child's rapid deterioration it would be best for them to be rushed to hospital.

An air ambulance was called and the youngster was immediately flown to Alder Hey where they are currently receiving emergency treatment.
