babyballet® Southport, Formby & Crosby held their Starmakers show on Sunday 14th July at The Southport Temperance Institute. Over 100 babyballet stars, danced in 3 wonderful shows. The average age of just 3 years wowed the audience with a pantomime style performance including all the babyballet favourite characters Twinkle & Teddy the adorable bears, Flutterstar the fairy, Chuck the cowboy and Grandad Jack the King of the babyballet Castle in the Sky. Every child went onto the stage, dance, sang and had fun!
Miss Jennifer the principal at babyballet Southport, Formby & Crosby said ‘The teacher’s and I are all bursting with pride. The children were all fantastic both on and off stage, to see the joy in their faces when watching the characters and then their confidence as they skip onto the stage was incredibly rewarding, and an absolute pleasure to share. Some of them have been dancing with us since they were just 6 months old and they now have so much confidence as they dance off to Primary School. We really are so proud of each and every one of them.’
Walkers Café, Situated on Wesley Street, Southport. Held a pop up shop, where they were serving drinks and cake, all together £300 was donated to Southport & District Temperance Society (Charity number 224654) from programme sales and Walkers Café donations.
