Saturday (11th April) additional police patrols were on duty around the parks and open spaces across North Sefton.

Numerous residents were advised not to drive their vehicles to local beauty spots to exercise.

Government advice is to exercise in your own local area,limiting the number of unnecessary journeys.

Officers ensured that people were able to complete their daily exercise whilst maintaining ‘social distancing’ measures.

We would like people to enjoy the pleasant weather safely and sensibly during these difficult times.
