Tell us about your local pharmacy

Sefton Council are seeking your views about your local pharmacy, please help us to make sure that your local pharmacy is providing the right services and support for you and your family by completing a short survey.

Your response will help Sefton’s Health and Wellbeing Board to produce its local Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment (PNA), and will help to ensure that your local pharmacy provides the service that your need both now and in the future.

The survey will take less than 5 minutes and you can find it HERE.

The survey closes on Friday 8th September.
