Teens take on hike challenge for Alzheimer’s UK

20th July 2019

A group of Southport teenagers from the National Citizen Service are doing a sponsored walk for Alzheimer’s UK.

Arran Showering and his friends from the NCS want to raise £500 by going a sponsored hike later this month.

Arran said “

This horrible monster has destroyed and devastated many lives in the process of its consumption of society. We as a group plan to complete a sponsored hike to help stop this monsters reign of tyranny. Some of our members are very passionate about this cause because they have been terribly affected by Alzheimer’s unessecary punishments. We are trying to fundraise money to support the charity Alzheimer’s Research UK who are tirelessly looking into cures and scientific evidence to also help limit the infinite damage caused by this monster.”
