Teenagers Arrested On Suspicion Of Robbery In Southport

POLICE have arrested three teenagers on suspicion of robbery following an incident in Waterloo Road, Southport, last night, Tuesday 4^th June.

Police were called at 6pm to reports a teenage boy had had his bike stolen by a male who had his face covered.

Three teenagers were arrested close to the scene.

A 15 year-old from Litherland was arrested on suspicion of robbery. A 16 year-old from Birkdale and a 16 year-old from Bootle were also arrested on suspicion of robbery and suspicion of possession with intent to supply drugs.

All three currently remain in custody where they will be questioned by detectives.
