Teen caught in possession of ‘Mary Jane’ in Botanic Gardens

A 19 year old man was stopped in Botanic Gardens, Southport on Thursday 27th December and found in possession of cannabis.

On this occasion the offence was dealt with by a fixed penalty fine.
