Reviews
“Four of us regularly eat out at Indian restaurants in the area. Our unanimous view was the whole experience was better than Saffron (rated one of the best restaurants in Merseyside).
The service was impeccable and the waiter was very knowledgeable about the dishes and their relative strengths/tastes. Poppadoms had 5 pickle choices (Saffron only 3). The starters which we shared were faultless. Each of the main courses that we had were highly praised.
When we meet again next month will be going back to Taj Mahal – you bet we will.”
Review
“On a weekend visit to Southport we decided to eat here based upon other good reviews. Just a 2 minute walk from the Ramada on a Sunday night so we didn’t book. There were 4 of us and we all ordered a different meal. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. They were tasty and well presented and we thought on a par with our great brummie curries. The star of the show was the Tandoori mix which came out on a sizzler and included a quarter of chicken, a giant butterfly prawn and meat kebabs. Well done Taj Mahal. We will definitely be back on our next visit.”
