Throughout the pandemic, OTS News has heard numerous reports of members of the public struggling to access, or even contact, their registered GP surgery.

While the difficulties caused by the coronavirus pandemic are obvious to everyone, and a level of disruption to services is perfectly understandable, we are keen to learn the extent of the difficulties being faced by patients.
