Super sex virus discovered in Southport teenager.

  • STI donovanosis is usually found in tropical locations like Papua and New Guinea
  • Was diagnosed within the past year in an unnamed woman aged 15-to-25
  • Causes ulcers to grow and spread on the genitals, flesh then eats itself
  • Skin-on-skin contact with a bleeding ulcer is all it takes to spread the STI
  • Institute for Sexual Health claims dozens of cases occur a year in the UK

A super sex virus which could eat through the flesh of your genitals has been diagnosed in Southport.

A teenage girl was diagnosed with Donoavaosis, a super rare STD which creates flesh eating ulcers on the genitals earlier this year after being referred to emergency services by her GP.

It’s thought the bug may have spread even further and now many wild clubbers are being urged to make sure they are safe during one night stands.

The virus is so strong it can be transferred simply by touching hands.
