Managers at a Formby pub say they will swiftly bar a group who reduced a young staff member to tears yesterday during a torrent of abuse.
A group of four were spotted at the Lifeboat pub in Formby around midday yesterday (Sunday) when they began to abuse and shout at a 16 year old server, reducing her to tears.
The uncalled for abuse was seen by a number of customers who then criticised the group’s abuse on Facebook and in complaint to management at the pub.
It’s not thought anyone challenged the group on their behaviour and they left before management intervened.
OTS understands management at the Wetherspoons pub will now try to identify the group and ask them to refrain from visiting in future.
