Car crashes through town centre shop window

Union Street in Southport remains closed this morning after witnesses reported a stolen car crashing through a shop window, Monday 18 November 2019.

A witness at the scene told our reporter that a stolen car crashed through a shop window at around 2am and the driver suffered head injuries and was taken to hospital.
