Starving sandgrounders queue for hours to enjoy McDonalds

Hungry Southport residents desperate for their first taste of a McDonalds for the first time since March have been queuing for hours at the Ocean Plaza store

Across the county Drive Thru McDonalds reopened today with a limited menu and throughout the day queues snaking as far back as the coastal road itself have meant traffic in the area is at a standstill.
