Stab victim stumbles into Southport supermarket begging for help
Shocked shoppers at Asda Derby Road, Southport were left aghast this evening after a stab victim stumbled up to them for help (Tuesday 1 August).
The unidentified male, believed to be in his early twenties has suffered injuries to his legs, arms and backside after being attacked on nearby Church Street close to St Marks Medical Centre.
A witness at the scene told our reporter “The victim managed to stumble hundreds of yards to the Asda Superstore on central Twelve where he then collapsed from his injuries”.
Police have closed off a portion of the car par and paramedics are also on scene. His injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
