Southport MP pushes for full Southport – Manchester service

Today Damien Moore spoke with Jo Johnson MP, Minister for Rail, about the Southport – Manchester Line.

Damien Moore said:  “Whilst I welcome the announcement that two additional services will return in December at peak times, I have continued to press the Minister for the full reinstatement of services to ensure residents in Southport are not limited in their travel.

I will be meeting with the Minister in the coming weeks once more; if you continue to be affected by the service disruption between Southport and Manchester, please let me know.”
