Southport man left stranded after his motorbike was stolen in Manchester.

A bike has been stolen fron an industrial estate in Manchester left a Southport man stranded, missing a vital job interview in the process.

The expensive Hyosung motorbike was taken from an industrial estate in South East Manchester in a startling theft where the thieves used a screwdriver to get the motor running before driving it off.

The victim was left stranded and missed a key job interview in Southport where he was due to be interviewed for the role of bouncer.

It was taken around 1pm this afternoon when the assailants shoved a screwdriver into the ignition and made off with the bike.
