Andrew Blundell appeared in court today after being charged with installing a video camera for obtaining sexual gratification, by observing a private act.
He has also been accused of seven prior offences of the same nature. Two between January 1 and May 21 in 2014. As well as five accounts of recording people doing private acts for sexual gratification at Wavelengths Leisure Centre in Nelson.
Blundell, also faces two accusations of making indecent photographs at Bacup between March 2007 and March 2012, in relation to seizures of two and three images.
Magistrates sent Blundell for trial and remanded him on bail for a hearing at Burnley Crown Court on June 8th.
