Southport litter wardens pick on a person with mental health issues
Southport litter monitors dress in black and hide round corners and target vulnerable people say’s a Southport resident.
A resident told OTSNew.co.uk “The litter wardens in the main photo have just picked on someone I personally know, he has mental health issues and the poor guy is now picking up other people’s cigaret butts off the floor after he was finned.”
Has anyone else witnessed similar events?
It’s not all that long ago since former Sefton Chief Executive Graham Heywood let Sefton Council down when he through his cigar on the floor after an early morning cigar break.
