Birchall Blackburn Law’s conveyancing team scoops four separate awards for outstanding customer service – including local and regional levels.
Birchall Blackburn Law, the Southport-based conveyancing firm, has been recognised for its outstanding customer service to its clients by the ESTAS Awards at The Grosvenor House Hotel, London.
The law firm won four awards including: Best in County – Merseyside, Best Local Group – Silver Award, Regional Awards North West, North – Bronze and Regional Awards North West, South – Bronze.
The ESTAS is the biggest award scheme in the UK residential property industry. It determines the best conveyancing firms in the UK based purely on feedback from customers who are asked a series of questions about the service they have received from their conveyancer or solicitor. More than 9,000 surveys were completed by customers during the competition.
Hosted by Phil Spencer of Location, Location, Location fame, the awards ceremony highlights the best firms for customer service involved in the home moving process. The customers provided 225,000 pieces of data relating to customer service delivered by conveyancing firms taking part.
Rachel Buckley, partner at Birchall Blackburn Law said: “Our team work so hard to provide the very best service for our clients. The fact we have been recognised both nationally and locally is a fantastic achievement. We would also like to thank our clients for their wonderful feedback throughout the year. There have been a huge number of entries this year, and to win some awards truly is an honour. Client feedback for Birchall Blackburn Law is better than ever, and we are so pleased the judges recognised this as being due to the efforts and dedication of all involved.”
Simon Brown, founder of The ESTAS Group, commented: “I think these figures prove that not only are customers happy to give feedback but many now expect to be given the opportunity to do so. We live in a world where customer reviews are now key to the consumer decision making process, not just for hotels and restaurants but property related decisions as well.”
Phil Spencer said: “Our job is to highlight firms who are providing exceptional levels of customer care throughout the home moving process. At The ESTAS we believe the only way to judge the performance of a conveyancer is to ask the clients who have experienced the whole service through to completion. Firms that enter The ESTAS have already sent a clear message that they are passionate about customer service so to make it on to the shortlist is a huge achievement in itself.”
The lead sponsor for The ESTAS Awards is the UK’s leading conveyancing search solutions provider, SearchFlow. The awards are also supported by land and property data specialists Landmark Information Group and legal case management experts, Ochresoft. Other sponsors include DUAL Asset Underwriting, Legal Eye, Lawyer Checker, Solve Legal, The Move Exchange, ULS, Inside Conveyancing, Today’s Conveyancer and the Society of Licensed Conveyancers
