We are delighted to offer our event space to the Sefton Immunisation team free of charge as they look to continue vaccinating against diseases such as tetanus, diphtheria and polio. The team would normally deliver these vaccinations within educational establishments, however, the majority of these are only able to welcome the children of essential workers.
The programme at the Club will last over two weeks starting tomorrow and operate between 9-5 with parents / guardians being contacted by the NHS.
James Tedford said “When we were contacted by Helen about the hire of the facility there was no consideration over a charge. We had to offer the space for free to ensure this important and sometimes forgotten about, programme continues. We have contacted our colleagues at the other clubs within the Borough to encourage them to offer their space free of charge”
The area will be cleaned thoroughly after each use to ensure the stadium remains COVID safe.
