Southport Councillor secures isles of wonder
I am delighted to now report back that after continuing to work with the various Departments at Sefton Council on your behalf I have now finally managed to have the vegetation growth and asphalt cleared once again along the Lord Street Traffic Refuge Islands running from North to South in addition to removal of the dense vegetation growth along the high street boulevard pavements itself, Nevill Street & the Promenade.
These three particular areas have been done especially in conjunction to coincide with this year’s “Southport Air Show 2016”. At this time I should like to extend my warmest appreciations and gratitude to all the Departments, Contractors and local residents for their continued support, assistance and cooperation to achieve yet another community victory for the town.
Once again this is a prime example of the power of positivity and why it is important to operate on a mutual basis of respect & sincerity if we are to make Southport not only a brighter better place to live, work in and visit, but a true Classic Resort to drive inward investment.
