Southport College will be holding their first Open Evening of the academic year on Wednesday 10 October 2018, from 5.00pm-8.00pm. Throughout the event, visitors can tour the college facilities, meet specialist tutors, participate in subject specific activities and speak to current students about the wide range of vocational courses, Apprenticeships, Higher Education and adult programmes available.

We understand how important it is to try things out before you make that big decision. For this reason we encourage young people to come and visit the College so they can experience the College lifestyle. From Art, Beauty and Bricklaying to Science, Sport and Travel there’s a course for everyone at Southport College. Whatever school year you are in, our open evening will give you the perfect opportunity to find out the sort of college we are.

We also know that returning to learning as an adult can be a daunting prospect. We offer a wide range of study options to adults from short courses through to university level study. Discover Apprenticeships

With an Apprenticeship you can gain valuable work experience while studying for a vocational qualification. Anyone over the age of 16 can study for an Apprenticeship and we work with a number of local businesses to advertise Apprenticeship job vacancies on their behalf. Our Apprenticeship staff will be available at the open evening to talk about all of the opportunities at Southport College.
