HAVE you seen this man?
We are trying to trace registered sex offender Jack Tyhurst, 19, who is wanted for recall to prison after failing to attend probation appointments and not keeping in contact with the police as per his licence conditions.
Tyhurst was originally sentenced to 13 months imprisonment in 2011 for a sexual assault and attempted rape against two women.
DC Steve Towler from the West Dangerous and Sexual Offenders Unit said: “We are actively looking for Jack Tyhurst and I would urge anyone who sees him to call us.
“I would also urge Tyhurst himself, if he sees this appeal, to hand himself in to the police.”
Tyhurst’s home address is in Lostock Hall and he is known to have links to the Bispham area of Blackpool and could be in the vacinity.
He is described as white, around 5ft 8ins, slim to medium build with dark hair and usually dresses in casual clothing.
Anyone with information about Tyhurst’s whereabouts can contact DC 1737 Steve Towler on 01772 209100. Alternatively, they can 101.
Crimestoppers can be contacted anonymously on 0800 555111 or online at Crimestoppers-uk.org.
