Grantham Close residents in Birkdale are still waiting for the lawn area to be cut opposite their houses.
A resident said:
“The council have yet again forgotten to maintain the once beautiful and colourful gardens.
We have complained to the council several times but they just ignore our requests to have the grass cut etc.
The nettles are four-foot high in places, the grass hasn’t been cut all year and they seem to have abandoned the maintenance programme all together
This labour run council has become one big joke”.
