Seafront beach bar taking Southport by storm

A beach bar is taking Southport by storm thanks to an innovative new idea by tourism mogul Norman Wallis.

The Pleasureland boss has taken full advantage of the easing of lockdown rules by creating a pop up beach bar on the promenade next to Southport Beach.

The socially distanced pop up bar and food outlet has become the most popular spot for beachgoers in recent weeks after Norman installed the attraction.

In recent days hit by sunny spells the pop up New Beach Bar has been constantly overrun with custom giving a much needed boost to the economy prior to Pleasureland’s grand opening.
