Scarisbrick Hotel guarded by police ahead of ‘anti-immigrant’ right-wing march

Police are currently guarding the Scarisbrick Hotel ahead of a supposed planned ‘anti immigrant’ facist march.

Officers are patrolling the town centre after the Merseyside Anti-Facist Facebook group caught wind of a planned protest outside the Scarisbrick Hotel today.

Officers are remaining on site in case any issues arise from the planned march, which is due to start around midday.
