Scared lost puppy runs away from good samaritans

A small white puppy dog has been spotted running wild and scared around Southport town centre tonight

Commuters spotted a lost dog in the train station car park around 5:10 this evening – it was small white dog with a harness and collar – a few people tried to catch it but it was scared and ran away towards the town centre.

One chaser said “a few people followed but it was fast and we lost it on houghton street – don’t know if anyone has managed to catch it and get it back to its owner”
