Scarecrow competition heats up for second year

Banks village scarecrow competition
is in its second year. This year the theme theme is film and characters.

There have been over twenty entries this year and are place all over the village judging is taking place today and winners of first second and third place will be announced tomorrow.

Prizes have been donated by all the local businesses in banks the scarecrows are now all on display and will remain on display for the next week.
