RTC Preston New Road Churchtown Southport

There was a minor accident at Churctown lights, Southport, at around 11:30am this morning (Wednesday 30 November 2016).

Both drivers suffered minor injuries and both cars were recovered from the scene. local diversions were in operation whist please  cleared the scene.

Witnesses told our reporter that one person was taken to Southport DGH.
