Police are dealing with a two car collision at the junction of Ash Street and Scarisbrick New Road this morning during rush hour, Tuesday 27 August 2019.
A Mini and a Vauxhall collided causing backlogged traffic this morning just after 8.30am.
Police have given minor first aid to both drivers and insurance details have been exchanged.
Witnesses should call 101.
