Southport moved a step further away from the drop zone with a comfortable win over relegation-threatened Dartford.
Dartford’s Danny Harris was denied by Peter Brezovan before striker Paul Smith blazed over for the hosts.
Richard Brodie swept the ball in from close range from a corner to open the scoring midway through the second half.
Goalkeeper Brezovan saved from Luke Daley before Paul Rutherford’s injury-time header sealed it for Port.
The result leaves Dartford 10 points from safety in 23rd, while back-to-back wins for Southport leaves them four points above the drop.
